Why Consider an Online IT Course

Contrary to common public thought, online learning is not purely for the tech-savvy, computer-whizzes among us. Nor does it mean you are forced into a tight timescale to keep up with other learners. Online learning is now everywhere, for everyone, at any time, and it is here to stay.

As you are here on this page, the chances are you are among those into technology or are at least looking to learn more about IT. The IT job market is booming, with salaries set to rise within 5 years – the sooner you begin filling yourself with experience, the better you’ll be for it.

Side-Steppers: How to Change Your Career

Here at The Training Room, we help people all over the country become qualified and support them to find work in their new career. Though open to anybody, we do focus on 6 key social groups: side-steppers, upskillers, education leavers, working mums, job seekers and ex-military. A side-stepper is someone who is thinking of changing their career, whether they’ve only just started or been in an industry for 30 years. It is someone who may feel lethargic and find their work uninspiring, unsuited to them and, above all, not what they want to spend their life doing.

Tailoring Strength And Conditioning Training Around The Menstrual Cycle

Women have a long history of being shamed into silence about their periods and, especially within the sports sector, matters related to menstruation have been largely ignored. Many, in fact, believe that participating in sports during menstruation can harm women’s health, hinder performance and therefore, they should avoid physical activity altogether during this time. However, this could not be further from the truth, so I aim to explain why strength and conditioning (S&C) training can be incredibly beneficial for women and how personal trainers can tailor S&C programmes to better suit an individual’s needs.

If you are wondering what these skills are and to get an inkling on skills you might need to develop, carry on reading.
