Exercise should be fun. Think back to playing outside on long summer days (and evenings) when you were a little one. You were working your heart and lungs, using your body, developing strength and getting fit, and you didn't even know it. Fitness, health and strength weren't on your mind. What was? Having fun! I am a specialist loosehead, though I played my highest level of rugby at tighthead. Some say, oh well they can't be that different! Trust me they are, ask my neck! I am now in my mid 30′s and coming towards the end of my playing career. The natural progression for me would be a move into coaching.
