What Is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy was initially used to treat people with eating disorders, but is now successfully being utilised for people suffering from a variety of physical and mental afflictions. This talking therapy helps patients discuss their feelings, and in doing so, changes the way they think and behave.
