Initially, I had a very friendly and respectful conversation with one of the sales team, a gentleman called Steve Devine, who in subsequent phone calls explained everything in thorough and simple terms. Not only is Steve friendly and have brilliant interpersonal skills, but he is also very supportive and irrefutably goes the extra mile so as to ensure your full understanding of every detail of the course, and that you are well informed about the decisions you want to make.

I've had a really great start in my journey, i have chosen the E-Learning fitmess level 2, PT level 3 and Strength amd Conditioning level 4. Everyone involved has been supportive and have outlined all the details very well. I had doubts about commiting to such a long course with all payments but was made to feel more at ease prior to booking. I have only recently started the course but what the work i have completed is very interesting and all the tools are available to gain a great degree of knowledge, whether that be course manuals and tutors that are available through email. I'd highly recommend the course to others. I have been very impressed so far! :)

It is Early days but so far every member of staff I have spoken to in the booking process have been so lovely and helpful. I am really excited to start my learning.
From the first phone call I received to actually booking was a* all the way. I spoke with a girl called Molly she told me everything about the course and all I needed so very helpful even when emailed questions that I couldn't think off o the phone after an email sent the response and answers where quick and told me all I needed. Even down to after I applied and was successful Molly phoned to congratulate me and make sure I was still ok and said of I needed her she was a phone call away. Honestly so easy to do and made me feel excited for my new career change.
