Last week saw an exciting milestone in The Training Room’s era, with the opening of a brand new office in Portsmouth. After what can only be described as a frantic, intense but above all enjoyable few months of planning, The Training Room Portsmouth landed. Our new team are now eager to follow the company’s ethos in placing students into a career they love.
The Training Room’s strategy is underpinned by their ability to provide the best training experience to ALL students. With the development of a second office, means that the company can focus on continuing to place more students into a suitable career. Over 10,000 students have graduated through our service lines since 2006.
Wouldn’t it be fantastic if this number doubled, tripled, quadrupled and new service lines were introduced?
This presents an exciting opportunity for The Training Room to grow, diversify and achieve their on-going values, whist also creating new jobs, exciting opportunities and changing lives.
Bradley Jarrad, Sales Team Leader in Portsmouth spoke about the launch week. *“We went live with all our Assessors getting signed off, now changing the future for potential students for the better. We even got our first student booked on to a course as well. A huge stepping stone for The Training Room and a great achievement for the guys here! After last week’s intense training and teething week the team have absorbed all the knowledge necessary and are at full pace, this is going to be big! *” This is a very exciting time for The Training Room! The members of staff who I have spoken too, are lovely and very helpful. So far my experience with The Training Room has been great. I am very excited in starting the course in August and hope to fulfil my dream job with The Training Rooms help in the near distant future.

The person I spoke to, Megan, was absolutely lovely! She explained everything so well and just made the decision to go ahead and book so much easier! The conversation didn't feel rushed and I've always felt like her and the training room actually care about the people they are helping!
