As the Formula One™ race cars lined up on the grid for the world-famous Formula 1 Gran Premio D’Italia in Monza on the weekend, leading personal training provider The Training Room was clearly visible on the Marussia F1 Team MR02 race cars.
The Training Room ventured into its first association with world-class motor racing, thanks to Private Equity firm LDC, who was a founding investor in the F1 racing team. The Training Room was able to display its logo on the distinctive red and black Marussia F1 Team MR02 cars driven by Briton Max Chilton and his French team mate Jules Bianchi.
Based in Banbury, the Marussia F1 Team was one of the newer teams in the FIA Formula One World Championship. The Training Room was delighted to see Max and Jules compete in Sunday’s race at the Autodromo di Monza watched by millions globally.
“The Italian Grand Prix is one of the highlights of the motor racing calendar and is watched by millions of Formula One fans the world over,” says Jonathan Davies, Managing Director of The Training Room. “We were delighted to have had the opportunity to associate with the promising young Marussia F1 Team and to play our part supporting Max and Jules as they continue to build their racing careers.”
