What Is The Level 3 Personal Trainer Course?

The Level 3 Personal Training course, as offered by The Training Room is the Active IQ Level 3 in Gym Instructing and Personal Training.

The course, which can be done on both a full-time and part-time basis, as well as via e-learning (our Personal Training course online) takes anything from 6 weeks to 6 months to complete (on average) and covers both the Active IQ Level 2 in Gym Instructing, followed by the Active IQ Level 3 in Personal Training.

On completion, you will be a fully qualified Personal Trainer, eligible to enter the Register of Exercise Professionals REPs at level 3, the highest entry-level in the Industry.
