What is the Level 3 Personal Trainer Course?

The level 3 personal training course, as offered by The Training room is the Active IQ Level 3 in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training.

The course, which can be done on both a full-time and part-time basis, as well as via e-learning takes anything from 6-weeks to 6-months to complete (on average) and covers both the Active IQ level 2 in Fitness Instructing, followed by the Active IQ level 3 in Personal Training.
 

On completion you will be a fully qualified Personal Trainer, eligible to enter the Register of Exercise Professionals REPs at level 3, the highest entry level in the Industry.

These combined offer the level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

The Level 2 Qualification in Fitness Instructing:

In addition, on all of The Training Room’s Personal Training Courses we include a variety of Continuing Professional Development Courses (CPDs) to help set you apart from the competition when it comes to getting a job within the fitness industry.

These CPD courses cover areas such as Gym Based Boxing and Studio Cycling to give you specialist areas and more variety to offer to your clients in their training sessions.
 

What Are my Options After Completing the Level 3 Personal Training Course?

After completing our course the world of fitness is your oyster (or gym if you want to follow the analogy).

The Training Room guarantee all our graduates an interview with one of our corporate partners (the likes of Fitness First, Pure Gym and Virgin Active to name a few) and we will also provide all our students with career support up until 3 years from course registration.
