How-Long-is-a-Personal-Trainer-Course

A question on many people’s mind when they think about becoming a Personal Trainer is ‘how long is a Personal Trainer course?’, ‘can I commit to the course?’, and ‘can I become a Personal Trainer online?’.

So what is the answer?

Well actually it may surprise you, with The Training Room it may not take as long as you think.

We have options which see you graduate as a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer from as little as five weeks.

Or, if that doesn’t suit you, why not check out our online Personal Trainer courses where you’re in charge of your own learning, with flexibility to suit you.

Below we’ll discuss all of our Personal Training courses in more detail!

How Can You Become a Personal Trainer in Just Five Weeks?

At The Training Room we know that if you work hard you’ll reap big rewards, which is why we offer our full-time Personal Training course which sees you qualified in as little as five weeks!

Don’t be fooled by thinking that this course is quick and therefore must be the ‘easy’ option, there is no such thing.

On this course you will cover the Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing, followed by the Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training. And if that didn’t sound like enough we also give you the opportunity to complete various Level 4 and CPD courses covering Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, gym based boxing, studio cycling and more.

Yes, this course will challenge you but if you truly have the passion and the ‘how long to become a Personal Trainer’ question bothers you, then we can teach you the skills you need to be a successful Personal Trainer in just five weeks.

How Long is the Part-Time Personal Training Course?

Our part-time Personal Trainer courses are a great option for those who can’t manage to complete the training during the week.

The part-time Personal Trainer course takes place over six weekends, consisting of 11 days of practicals and assessments.

The beauty of this course is that, if you do have current commitments such as full-time work, childcare or other activities which take up your valuable time, you are able to spread your learning, coursework and practicals over time to help fit the course into your schedule.

Of course, like our full-time courses, the part-time Personal Training course also ends in an official, globally recognised Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.

Check out this option if you want to see how your weekends can help to transform your future!
