What Is Nutrition and How Will I Use It?

Every athlete needs, or will need, to have their nutrition managed in order to maximise performance and keep their body in the best possible shape. This is where you come in.

Using your knowledge of human metabolism, food nutrition and how to fuel athletic performance, you'll help athletes, or anyone for that matter, to continue pushing their boundaries and promote longevity.

How Do I Get Level 4 Qualified?

The Training Room's Level 4 Certificate in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance qualification provides learners with the skills, knowledge and competence to provide nutritional support to clients.

You will need to already be level 2 qualified, but don't worry - this is included in your level 4 Nutrition package! However, if you have completed The Training Room's Level 3 Personal Training course, then you will have already covered Level 3 Nutrition.

What Do I Need To Know About The Nutrition Course?

This course is fully online-based, and you'll be provided with a set timetable so you can manage both your learning and assessment time. Whilst there is a set schedule, you are free to complete all modules at a faster pace if you wish!

The online nature of this course means you can still continue working alongside completing the Level 4 Nutrition course!

Our Level 4 Certificate in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance qualification is listed on the Register of Regulated Qualifications regulated by Ofqual and CCEA Regulation.
