High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is one of the biggest crazes to hit the fitness industry in the last few years. These workouts are appealing as you do not need much time to do them, yet you can get an extremely effective workout at the end of it! One thing that is clear, they are definitely not for the faint hearted, they require a lot of effort. Some of the benefits of HIIT training include:
