Training Academy Locations

Our Personal Trainer Manchester Academy is based in the Esporta Health and Racquet Club in Middleton. The club has a whole host of exceptional facilities including a state-of-the-art gym, tennis and squash courts, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The Training Room’s Manchester Academy is the perfect venue for completing your training programme, and also gives you the invaluable experience of training at one of the UK’s leading health clubs.

Steven Akamo

It’s a fantastic opportunity for me to share my experiences with our students.  Each course is different as all students bring something new to the class with their wide range of backgrounds and experience. 

Michael Farrimond

I have always had a keen interest in all things sporting and in recent years found myself wanting to learn more about, in particular, anatomy and physiology, and I am always looking to expand my own knowledge and pass on my experience in the industry.
