Our Cardiff Personal Training Academy is located at David Lloyd, the premier racquet club in the UK. The club offers a range of first class facilities including a gym, tennis courts and indoor and outdoor swimming pools – so providing a fantastic venue to undertake your training programme while giving you the fundamental experience of training within one of the UK’s leading health clubs.

I chose to become a personal trainer/tutor as I have a passion for helping others benefit from the rewards of being at optimum health and fitness.
