Amy Betts

Being fit makes you feel better. Health and fitness comes fairly naturally to me and I love to put my passion of the industry across to other people. Seeing people’s fitness levels improve and the way they develop gives me a lot of satisfaction.

Dean Ridley

My enthusiasm for helping people achieve their goal along with my ability to teach people has made me a dedicated tutor. I am here to inspire people to become a Personal Trainer.
