Reasons for wanting to become a Personal Trainer

After graduating from university with a degree in sports science I realized how important an active career was to me. I felt my strengths lay in being perceptive to the needs of others and finding solutions to help them achieve or meet their goals. After years of enjoying playing many sports, I concentrated my efforts into helping others find a way to enjoy exercise and achieve those goals that we all strive towards ... living better, exercising better and enjoying a healthier way of life!

Personal training allows me to use all my enthusiasm and ideas to solve other people's exercise and fitness problems! Motivation combined with knowledge is key!

Reason for choosing The Training Room

Initially I researched many different training providers to find the best offer of instruction, training and experience. The Training Room stood out for me as a company who were looking for the best and so in turn they delivered exactly that … only the best to their students and in turn their blue chip corporate partners. I was impressed by the assessment days and recruitment process, and after training with The Training Room felt totally prepared to embark on my own career in the fitness industry. The 6 week course is thorough and demanding and what you put in to it you will get out! The invaluable networking and connections the company has within the industry ensures that you are given the help and support needed to find a competitive job within the industry after graduating.
