5Where does the training take place?

We have dedicated state-of-the-art Academies across the UK; please see our Academy Life section for further details.

All our programmes offer residential facilities so that you can benefit from distraction free learning and immerse yourself in the world of Personal Training and become the very best you can be.

6What is the cost of the training?

Our prices vary according to your requirements and will be discussed with you on successful completion of an interview.

The training is subsidised by our corporate partners and can be funded through our Career Loan Scheme which offers long repayment terms and low interest rates. This enables you to start training straight away and pay for your training once qualified.

7How long are your personal training courses?

Our full programme involves 6 weeks intensive training. We operate 0900 to 1630 five days a week with personal fitness training and assignments scheduled around these core hours.

Our intensive personal training course offers you the most efficient way to gain all the qualifications and experience you need to become a successful personal trainer.

8When do the personal training courses start?

Our personal training courses run regularly throughout the year across the UK.

9What happens if I struggle with a particular module?

That’s no problem. We understand that each and every one of our students is different and that the amount of training needed will vary from person to person. That’s why, provided you show a level of commitment, you can attend as much training on as many courses as you need until you qualify. And all at no extra charge.

10How many times can I re-sit an exam?

The simple answer is that you can re-sit your exams as many times as you need to in order to pass.

11How much does it cost to re-sit an exam?

It is completely free of charge. In fact, we are the UK’s only personal training company to offer unlimited practical and theory re-sits, free of charge for life.
